Return Policies:

1) NO RESTOCKING FEE: Door Armor will not charge a restocking fee on any item returned within the sixty (60) day return period.

2) Contact our Customer Service team to begin the return process. They will also answer any questions or concerns about your return.

3) Any components that are received damaged should be reported to our Customer Service center as soon as possible. Instructions will be given on how to proceed. Please have the packing slip available for quick reference and efficient service.

4) After sixty (60) days items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

5) RETURN SHIPPING: The Purchaser will be responsible for paying return shipping in all instances, except for the following:

• The Purchaser received the wrong product (wrong product or color).
• The Purchaser received a defective product.

The Purchaser will be able to purchase a return label for their return shipment by contacting our Customer Service team. The amount will be deducted from your order. We do not mark-up shipping costs, so return labels are made available at our discounted shipping rate.
